The location couldn't be better, right at the edge of the Chueca Village. The staff are exceptional, providing excellent service and making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are modern and clean, with sophisticated decor and a great view over the Plaza. And the breakfast options are incredible, with something for every taste.

We had a wonderful time during our romantic escape in this hotel. The check-in process was quick and the staff was lovely. The rooms were gorgeous with modern and stylish decor. We were delighted to find a fridge with a minibar and snacks, as well as tea and coffee amenities in the room. The toiletries provided were of high quality and the presence of a hairdryer was very convenient. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city with many shopping options, tourist attractions, and bars within walking distance. We especially enjoyed exploring the alleys nearby, which added a charming touch to our stay.

Great location, very clean rooms, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast options available until noon. The hotel is situated right in the city center, in the Chueca neighborhood, just a minute's walk from a famous square. It also has good transportation links.

Amazing location in the heart of the city center near metro stations. Beautiful rooftop terrace with great drinks and city views. Comfortable rooms with lovely plaza views. Friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms even come with a device for internet use outside the hotel. Delicious breakfast options.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The location was perfect, with everything imaginable close by, including great bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcomed. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast served until noon every day. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar with its stunning views. It was a shame that the pool wasn't accessible during our stay, but the terrace was still a beautiful spot to relax.
The only downside was the lack of music in the rooftop bar, which would have added to the ambiance.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all attractions in Madrid. It is a great hotel for a solo traveler. The well-equipped rooms and bathrooms are kept clean, with beautiful decor. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, and breakfast is exceptional with healthy choices. The rooftop bar offers great cocktails, amazing ambiance, and an excellent view of the city.
The swimming pool is not heated throughout the year.
